✓ Strategy call (30-45 mins) to talk through your to-do list, get clear on your priorities, and make sure everything’s ready for the day.
✓ A quick morning check-in to confirm the plans and priorities, double-check any details, and make sure we’re both on the same page.
✓ 1 day of focused design, and/or writing/editing where you get my full attention for the day – working through your priority list with no distractions or other clients in the queue.
✓ End of day wrap-up call to go over what’s been completed and flag anything that may need a final tweak.
✓ One hour of follow-up edits the next day to make those final tweaks without stress.

How does a VIP Day work?
1. We chat about what’s on your project list, and what’s possible in a day, and what I’ll need from you.
2. You book a day that suits you through my calendar here.
3. You’ll send through what I need (any logos, draft docs, copy, images, or brand files).
4. On the day we’ll kick off with a quick check-in. I’ll work through your list, and touch base as needed (usually by email) to keep things moving.
5. We’ll wrap at the end of the day with a short call, and I’ll send through all your completed files.
Done and dusted.
Do I need to have branding already?
That’s brilliant, yes please! Your brand’s style guide is like the ‘rules’ for your brand.
I’ll use your guide to make sure that everything I create for you is absolutely on-brand, consistent and professional.
Are there any projects that VIP Days don’t suit?
These days are simply for smaller projects that need a solid block of time, and some things simply need more time. VIP Days aren’t the right fit for:
- Creating new logos and branding: That needs deeper creative thinking. Click here to view my Logos and Branding packages.
- Organisations with slow or complex approval processes: If everything needs to be signed off by a committee or team, a custom project quote will be a better fit. Click here to view our services.
What if a day isn’t enough?
No problem – that’s exactly why we chat beforehand. We’ll go over your to-do list and work out what’s realistic for one day. If you’ve got more to get through, we can either:
- Prioritise the essentials for your VIP Day and plan a second day (or half day) later
- Look at a custom project option that gives us more time and flexibility
Either way, I’ll help you choose the best fit, so you’re not left hanging.
