I bet you’ve done this before. You’ve used whatever Canva template caught your eye to whip up a social media post about your field day.
But it’s not the same as you used last time, or the time before. Am I right?
There’s a better way to promote your events – without your DIY-ing.
That’s where I can help.
With my event promotion packages, you’ll get on-brand and professionally designed flyers, ready-to-go social media posts and more.
But I know you don’t have time for all of this, and it’s not your strength anyway.
I can easily take all those time-consuming tasks off your hands right now, so you can get back to doing what you love.
Let me help you, so you can focus on what you do best.
Landcare Brand Review/Strategy
This step is needed for all first-time event promo clients.
It’s a one-time thing, but we’ll refer to it every time we work together.
This package is all about getting to know your target audience and figuring out the best way to reach them through your marketing. It’s the first step in building your brand, and it’s essential for us to work together effectively.
We’ll review your entire brand and target audience, get real about what’s working and what’s not,
and focus on your purpose, community and target audience.
Even if you use the standard ‘Landcare hands’ logo, this is important for your own group too.
When we’re done you’ll have a brand guide that’s really practical. It will include;
• A clear picture of your target audience
• Tone of voice guide with word prompts
• A visual mood board to represent your brand
• A guide to using consistent colours, fonts and images
• Practical and realistic actions you can start using right away
Investment: $497

FAQ
Who is this package for?
I’ll also use the insights from this to create any custom-branded items for you when we work together.
What do you need me to do to prepare?
How do I use this info?
I know you don’t need a lengthy brand guide, just something that’s practical and realistic for you and the rest of your team (or committee) so you are all clearly on the same page. So that’s what I’ll give you. It will be practical and usable, in plain language.
FAQ
What do you need from me?
I’ll also need you to provide all logos (yours, any sponsors etc) and images.
If you don’t have any appropriate photos for me to use to promote this event, I’ll do a stock image search and charge you for any that are used, following your approval.
Why don’t you have set packages?
I know from experience that each community is different. And what they expect when an event is coming up will also differ.
In some places, it’s standard to print flyers and have them in all the local businesses in the main street. In other communities, if it’s not posted in a local Facebook group no one hears about it.
I allow that flexibility.
You choose what works for you, I’ll give you a clear quote, and you can easily budget.
How soon should I book you in?
If you’ve got an event calendar for the year already planned out, that’s great! Let me know as soon as you can when you have your events planned.
